Red Texas is a consultancy building surveying company established in 1994. Our goal is to labor closely with architects, builders and owners to a service that will ultimately allow the building permit to be issued without any optional delays. Our goal is to produce a responsible building surveying and inspection service. After 20 years in the business, we have a vast experience in dealing with intricate residential and commercial building projects including aged care, retail, office and apartment development projects. Segment of the service is to offer perfect advice over the course of the job usually provided on alike day by email or telephone. We have seven fulltime staff including myself as capable Building Surveyor since 1992 and packed member of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors since 1993. Whilst we tend not to rely on outer capable inspectors, we have developed a network of very qualified suited building inspectors who report daily. They are familiar with the building allow process and can bear flawless advice on a job before referring the job to the building surveyors. (b) Hasty and responsive turnaround of information building allow issuance. (c) Responsive and qualified building inspection service using sub contract building inspectors only in the outer Melbourne areas. As the pertinent building surveyor, it is Mike’s role to delegate duties within the organization whilst being personally involved with each project. To do this, he has developed an expert team of staff and maintained the same hand son’ approach. He makes himself available to confront with architects, building consultants and other persons related to the building project whenever necessary. Today, Martin is our senior building Inspector at Red Texas responsible for supervising other staff and carrying out on site building inspections (residential and commercial). His reporting role means that he works closely with the builders and the pertinent building surveyor. This involves providing client advice, assessing fresh job applications and reporting to the ABS. Behind 12 successive years with Red Texas and with an extensive experience in the building surveying profession, Martin’s contribution to our business has been invaluable and his common sense approach is a reflection of our business ideal. Mick’s role in the business is primarily to attend on site inspections at the compulsory building inspection stages and yield the good service to our builders. His vast building experience has made Mick an ideal fit for the role as building inspector. From 2010, Sean worked in a fulltime capacity as an assistant to the suitable building surveying and took on the unofficial role of Building Code consultant providing valuable advice and assistance to our clients. Toula comes to us with over 20 years of experience as an administrator in the construction industry. She has worked for 16 years in courteous and structural consulting engineering businesses and 5 years with quantity surveying organizations. Her dedication and caring nature align perfectly with our values at Red Texas and she will be an asset to the Business going forward. The building permit will often include some of the subsequent reports and work tasks that are provided to facilitate the building permit. Ideally include an estimated cost of work or the builder’s contract amount. No further charges will be sought unless the building allow is modified (Be: works variation) or additional building inspections are carried out.
